One of the most anticipated movies of the year was the Battleship, a science fiction action film directed by Peter Berg.  If you usually do not like science fiction movies,  It makes you love it.  Not only for the action scenes, but also the cast is very good.

The film stars Taylor Kitsch, Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgård, Rihanna, Brooklyn Decker, and Tadanobu Asano. 

The story is based  on Hasbro's classic naval combat game. Peter Berg (Hancock) produces and directs Battleship, an epic action-adventure that unfolds across the seas, in the skies and over land as our planet fights for survival against a superior force.
The film is in the tradition of the Transformers movies, but with better characters, better action scenes and of course better story.

 If you like action movies, if you like Liam Neeson or Rihana, if you liked the Transformers, I definitely recommend it.
