Ottway (Liam Neeson) was paid to kill wolves in Alaska, but his role was changed completely at once.



After his plane crashes in Alaska, Ottway with a group of survivors were fighting for their lives against man-eating wolves. Liam Neeson's character was similar to what we have seen on Taken or Taken 2, but maybe it was a good point for his fans. He was the leader of the survivors, who was on the brink of suicide on the day before the flight.

The movie is extremely exciting, but it is not just a survival thriller film: the memorable movie characters and tension and fear made The Grey so impressive.  The movie remains interesting, terryfying, breathetaking and surprising throughout the nearly two hour running time.  The powerful use of sound made even stronger a strong production.
